Ana Y Jose Hotel & Beach Club Tulum, Tulum

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it has a beautiful beach and some friendly staff, the dining experience left much to be desired. The rooms were quite outdated and noisy, and the overall value for money didn’t meet my expectations. I was surprised by the lack of certain amenities that one would normally expect from a spa hotel.

My experience at the hotel was mixed. While the beachfront view was stunning and the private outdoor bathtub added a special touch, I faced challenges with the service and the dining options were lackluster. Unfortunately, the staff's oversight seemed lacking and the food offerings were repetitive. Overall, the beautiful beach and room amenities did compensate somewhat for the shortcomings in service and dining, but I expected more from a place at this price point.

I had a wonderful experience at Ana y Jose, where the focus on comfort and service made our stay feel luxurious, especially with the helpful staff and stunning beachfront. However, some room appointments were lacking, and the noise from a nearby hotel could be disruptive. Overall, it's a lovely spot for a relaxing getaway, but some aspects could use improvement for the price.

I had an incredible experience at Ana y Jose! The hotel exudes charm and is perfectly situated by the beach, making it ideal for relaxation. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed, and the staff's attentiveness made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. While the beachfront was impacted by sargassum, it didn’t detract much from the overall enjoyment of the property. The luxurious amenities justify the price, making it a worthwhile choice for a tropical getaway.
